Welcome to the second year of the Kantar Creative Effectiveness Awards. 2020 was a year like no other, and for a time, most advertisers took a break to see what the implications of COVID-19 would be for the creative industry. Our work showed that people wanted advertising to continue and that, largely, they were processing content in the same way during the pandemic as they did before. Therefore, what made for effective advertising was unchanged. Advertisers thatheld their resolve and invested in their brands saw that bravery rewarded. We celebrate that work here.
