The 2021 JOTW Strategic Communications Survey provided professional communicators a chance to sound off. Since we do this each year, we can look at what communicators are telling us and note trends they reveal. Such is the case again this year, but this has not been an ordinary year. We’ve had both collective and solitary experiences working our way through the pandemic. It seems that we are emerging from the veil of COVID 19, and so we bring you this report with a sense of hope. If we can get through this, we can get through anything.
